A continuation of "Colin's Will Reading".
Lindsay: No.. it can't be.
Troy looks amused at everyone's reaction.
Nora: It was you. It was you that I saw at the grave, wasn't it? (Troy smiles, Nora looks worried)
{next scene}
Troy remains silent as he and Nora stare at each other. Nora begins to remember flashes of memory:
Colin carrying her into his bedroom.
Watching Colin fall down the stairs.
Colin readying the needle.
Nora: (in memory) No, no….
Watching Colin fall down the stairs.
Nora begging at his feet.
Nora: (in memory) You held me captive and I wanted to get away from you.
Colin forcibly kissing Nora.
Colin walking up the stairs.
Colin: (in memory) You actually think you could stop me?
Colin hitting the floor.
Colin walking up the stairs.
Colin: (in memory) You can't stop me. You know why? Because I'm unstoppable.
Nora: (flashes back to reality) No, no….
Troy: (concerned and slightly confused, he moves to her) What's wrong, are you okay?
Sam: (suddenly springs into action) Get your filthy hands off of her! (punches Troy, who hits his head against the desk corner on the fall to the ground, rendering him unconscious)

Lindsay: (whispers to RJ) Think of something, what are we going to do?
RJ: What do you mean we?
Sam: (to anyone) Somebody call Llanview PD and tell them Colin MacIver's alive.
Truitt: (coming back into the room and spotting Troy unconscious on the ground) What the hell is going on here? (kneels down to Troy, checking for a pulse)
Sam: (pointing to Troy on the ground) This degenerate manages to escape the law and somehow managed to escape death, too.
Truitt: This man's hurt, call 911. (no one moves) What's wrong with you people?
Sam: (in the same low, unwavering voice) This man tried to ruin the lives of everyone in this room, and he tried to kill (points to Nora) this woman, and you (raises his voice suddenly) get him the hell out of here!
Truitt: (confused) This man?
Sam: (shouting) Colin MacIver!
Truitt: This man is not Colin MacIver.
Everyone remains in a state of shock, with the camera focusing on Nora's reaction. She stares at the unconscious man on the floor, her hands clasped together under her chin.

{next scene}
Sam: That's Colin MacIver all right, someone call the police.
Truitt: Stop it. This is Colin's brother, Troy Maciver. The primary beneficiary of Colin's will.
Lindsay: (incredulous) That's Colin's brother? Why, he's a dead ringer! No pun intended.
Truitt: They're identical twins, he arrived just in time for the reading of the will. Will somebody please call an ambulance? He needs medical attention!
Lanie: (stepping forward) I'm a doctor, I'll attend to him.
Truitt: Is it safe to leave him with you people while I call the police?
Lindsay: Well, of course it is! We didn't know….
Truitt gets up and leaves the room.
RJ: So, did anyone know that the doc psycho had a twin?
Lanie: He told me he had a brother and a sister, but he never told me his brother was an identical twin. (RJ looks disgusted)
RJ: Oh, you two must've had a bang-up marriage.
Sam: Cool it, RJ.
Lanie: (standing over Troy) There was a lot I didn't know about Colin. The fact that he loved destroying people's lives.
Sam: Lanie, don't, let the paramedics take care of this.
Lanie: No, it's okay, I can take care of this.
Lindsay: (staring at Troy) God, he looks just like Colin lying there!
Nora: (strained and worried) Well, whoever he is, he needs a doctor.
Lanie kneels down beside Troy and tentatively checks his pulse.
Lanie: Well, he has a strong pulse and he's breathing. I'll go to my car and get my medical bag.
Sam: Take your time. Come on, RJ, let's get this guy into a room.
Sam lifts Troy's feet while RJ lifts his shoulders, and they carry him out of the room. Lindsay pours herself a glass of water, and turns to face Nora.
Lindsay: Well, that was a shock, seeing uh, whoever, wasn't it?
Nora: Uh huh. Yep. Just about like Colin came right out of the grave.
(upstairs in a bedroom)
Troy is on the bed, with Sam pacing and RJ watching the twin.
RJ: He's not Colin. Even cats don't have that many lives.
Sam: Lindsay and I buried him, and you - or someone - put him on ice. But if anyone could pull off the old "fast one", it's him.
Lanie enters the room.
Lanie: I should have told you not to move him, he might have a neck injury. Um, would you mind waiting outside?
Sam: Melanie, you don't have to do this.
Lanie: He might have a serious injury, Sam.
Sam: Okay. (he and RJ leave the room)
Lanie goes over to the bed and takes out her stethoscope. She hesitates unbuttoning Troy's shirt, and finally pulls open the top two.
(downstairs)
Nora: If Colin has miraculously returned from the dead, if that is Colin - that would be bad news for you, woulnd't it, Lindsay?
Lindsay: Actually, I think it would even worse news for you, wouldn't it, Nora?
{next scene}
Lindsay: If Colin managed to pull off the second coming, that would make you a hell of a muse, wouldn't it? One for the history books, really.
Nora: You think it's Colin, don't you?
Lindsay: I don't know. I don't know, but if it is, you are in big trouble, girl, because youa re the one he was obsessed with. He did everything. He… he knows you tried to kill him.
Sam enters the room.
Sam: We can't reach Colin's sister, Carol. She'd be the one if her brothers were twins. I mean, obviously, they are. Were.
Lindsay: That is if Colin is still alive.
RJ saunters into the room.
RJ: But he's not. But he's not - he's dead. And that MacIver must be a twin.
Nora: What do you mean - what, the one we've never heard of?
Lindsay: What if he's the evil twin? I mean, how much more evil could he be?
Sam: Shut up, Lindsay.
Nora: (pulls Sam aside) You don't think that's Colin, do you?
Sam: (not very assuring) Nooo.
Nora: (laughs uncertainly) I thought I was alone in this. I thought it was just the nightmares and the trauma and the stuff like that. But I'm not alone, am I? You think it is, you think that man is Colin, don't you?
Sam: No, Nora, Colin is dead. He was dead when Lindsay and I buried him in the woods.
Lindsay: Or so we thought.
Sam: And he was dead when Bo found him in that crate. He was dead in the morgue. He was dead in the autopsy. You can't survive an autopsy.
Nora: And here he is.
Sam: Someone who looks like him. But Colin is in a coffin under a tombstone in Llanview cemetery.
Nora: That cemetery. Then I wasn't dreaming. I saw him there, but wait a minute, Truitt said he didn't get into town until tonight, so that means that, oh god, how many of them are there?
Sam: Oh, Nora, you're safe. I'm not going to leave you alone.
Nora: This can't be happening.
Sam: The only man that can tell what is happening is the man I knocked out, and when he wakes up, I'm going to be first in line to ask.
(upstairs)
Lanie checks his pulse some more and checks for any visible injuries or identifying marks. She reaches his left shoulder and jumps back.

Lanie: Oh my god.
{next scene}
Nora: How can Colin MacIver have an identical twin and nobody know about it? I mean, that's just too strange, Sam.
Sam: He wasn't at Lanie and Colin's wedding. You think if he'd been anywhere -
Lindsay: This is Colin, remember?
Sam: That's right. How strange is too strange?
RJ: Well, maybe he hated Colin as much as the rest of you.
Sam: I didn't tell anybody I had a brother, either, until Ben came to Llanview. I wanted to get as far away from my family as possible.
Nora: Well, that makes sense. That doesn't make sense. I mean, sometimes families are spread out all over the globe, live in far away places. It doesn't mean that man's Colin. Colin's gone, right?
Lindsay: Well, you never know.
Lanie walks into the room with her medical bag, unsettled. Nora, Sam, Lindsay and RJ look to her expectantly.
Lanie: (places her bag on the table) He's responding, but with losing consciousness, he'll have to go to the hospital for a neural work-up.
Sam: You didn't leave him alone, did you? We don't want him to go anywhere until the police find him.
Lanie: (uncomfortably) Sam, he's not going to go anywhere. You really… laid one on him.
Nora: (noticing something is off) Lanie, what aren't you telling us?
Lanie: When he was unconscious, I looked at him for identifying marks, you know, like tattoos, birthmarks, scars, old injuries.
Lindsay: And?
Lanie: Well, the blow to the head when he fell was in the exact same spot I hit Colin with the fireplace poker.
Nora: Then we can't be sure.
Lanie: Well, I can't tell if he was injured there before.
RJ: Doc, doctor, what are you trying to say?
Lanie: Colin didn't have any scars on his body, except for a vaccination on his left shoulder, in an unusual place on his deltoid.
Lindsay: AND?
Lanie: Well, the man upstairs doesn't have any scars, either, except for a vaccination in the exact same spot.
Nora: (whispers) Colin.
{next scene}
Nora: So that is Colin. That's Colin upstairs, isn't it, Melanie?
Lanie: (frustrated) I don't know. I just know I can't find one thing different between that man upstairs and my ex-husband.
Nora: Oh.
Lindsay: (announcing to everyone) I'm going to go make a phone call to Will and Jen. I don't want them finding this out on the street. (to RJ, quietly) You don't let anybody leave this room, you understand?
RJ: Yeah, what are you going to do?
Lindsay: You just keep everybody here.
Lanie: (to Nora and Sam) I'm going to go call Bo. (starts to leave room)
RJ: (blocks her exit) Hey, doctor, is it really possible to fake your death like that? I mean, if Colin did it, I know he's supposed to be some kind of genius with drugs - ask Nora, right?
Sam: Shut up.
RJ: But I'm curious - could he, you know, have given himself something? I mean, I know it's very Romeo and Juliet, but -
Lanie: I don't know, I can't be sure.
RJ: All right.
Nora: None of this makes any sense. But if that is Colin upstairs, if he has somehow come back from the dead. Maybe now I can find out what happened to me.
(upstairs)
Lindsay sneaks into the bedroom and tiptoes across the room to Troy.
Lindsay: (whispers) Colin? Colin, is that you?

Troy doesn't respond, as he is still unconscious. Lindsay grabs a pillow and leans in to suffocate him.
